Equipment and rules
Bike shop
The hotel includes a lockable bicycle shed for our guests only.
We do not have an elevator in the hotel
The rooms are located on the first and second floors of a beautiful historic building that does not have its own elevator.
Children's accommodation
Families with children are warmly welcome. Children 0-2.99 years stay with us for free
without entitlement to a bed and accompanying services.
Accommodation of animals
Accommodation with a dog or other pet is not possible.
Your valuables
We do not guarantee valuables in the rooms, we will be happy to keep them in the safe at the reception.
CANCELLATION AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation conditions for reservations through our partners (Booking.com, Hotel.cz, etc.) are usually stricter a few days before arrival.
Standard cancellation policy
(discounted for direct bookings):
The reservation can be canceled up to 3 days before arrival free of charge. A fee equal to the total value of the reservation will be charged for later cancellations. In the case of holidays and public holidays, the cancellation conditions may differ. The price of the stay is payable no later than 3 working days before arrival (unless booked later).
Payment in advance
After making a reservation, the guest may be charged a deposit of up to 50% of the total amount of the accommodation.
Non-refundable cancellation policy = 10% discount on accommodation
In case of cancellation or change of the reservation, the amount of the cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the reservation value.
Group bookings
Different cancellation conditions apply to group reservations (4 or more rooms), which are always dealt with individually when confirming the reservation.
